The experience of becoming a mom is as unique as the individual. But the care and support required to successfully navigate this major life change can’t happen in isolation.

From shifts in identity to altered friendships, and new emerging dynamics with primary partners or extended family, the first 18 months of motherhood can be A LOT. This seven-week group offers guardrails to the unknown by providing new moms a soft place to land.

Each week participants will answer an invitation to share their stories, get vulnerable, and reflect on new experiences. Facilitated conversations, circle practices, and magical questions will be used to intentionally build a community that fosters deep connection. Together, members will mark transitions, mourn, celebrate, offer support, be seen, heard, and held—collectively.

At a stage of life when so much can feel unpredictable, scary, exciting, and uncertain, this group offers new moms a container for the overwhelm. A space for internal reflection and external connection. Where vulnerable, open, and honest conversations can cultivate a sense of community meant to extend beyond these seven weeks.
